Topilase® is a topical treatment made in France by Soft Medical Aesthetics.The company, also known as SoftFil, is based in Paris. It’s formulated with a unique blend of natural enzymes and active ingredients that mimic the action of hyaluronidase — the enzyme traditionally injected to dissolve HA fillers.

Topilase works only on the skin's surface, making it ideal for:

How Does It Work?

Topilase is massaged gently into the skin, directly over the area where superficial HA filler correction is needed. The active ingredients work to soften, mobilize, and reduce excess filler without affecting deeper structures.

Ingredients include:

• Lipase & Protease enzymes: Break down HA chains at the surface

• Arnica & Salicylic acid: Help reduce inflammation and support healing

• Vitamin E: Nourishes and calms the skin

Note: Topilase is not a replacement for injectable hyaluronidase in cases of vascular compromise or deeper filler complications. It is intended for minor cosmetic adjustments and superficial contour correction.

Topilase offers a more conservative correction option, recommended for periorbital area but can be used for filler that have migrated supperficially.

Duration: 10–20 minutes
