TERMS & CONDITIONS

Astounding Skin Aesthetics Ltd

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to consultations, appointments, treatments and services provided by Astounding Skin Aesthetics Ltd and to the use of our website.

By booking an appointment or receiving treatment from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. About Us

Astounding Skin Aesthetics Ltd is a doctor-led aesthetic and minor surgery clinic based at:

Windmill Surgery
150 Longford Road

Longford
Coventry
CV6 6DR

Astounding Skin Aesthetics Ltd is registered in England and Wales under Company No. 15151329.

Treatments are provided following appropriate clinical assessment and are subject to individual suitability.

2. Consultations and Treatment Suitability

An appropriate consultation or clinical assessment may be required before treatment.

During your consultation, we may discuss your concerns, expectations, relevant medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatments and suitability for the treatment you are considering.

Booking or attending a consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be offered.

We reserve the right to decline, postpone or recommend an alternative treatment where, in our clinical judgement, the proposed treatment would not be appropriate or in your best interests.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for informing us of any relevant changes before treatment.

3. Age Requirement

Our aesthetic treatments and procedures are provided to adults aged 18 years and over only.

Proof of age may be requested where appropriate.

4. Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be made through our online booking system or by contacting the clinic.

Please provide accurate contact information so that we can send appointment confirmations and relevant information.

Some treatments require a consultation before a separate treatment appointment can be arranged.

Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive booking confirmation.

5. Consultation Fees, Deposits and Payments

Our standard consultation fee is currently £30, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Where the consultation fee is stated to be redeemable against an eligible treatment, the applicable conditions will be explained at the time of booking.

The consultation fee is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place if you subsequently decide not to proceed with treatment.

If you do not attend your consultation, the £30 consultation fee is non-refundable.

Some procedures may require a separate deposit or advance payment. Any applicable conditions will be explained before payment is taken.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Non-Attendance

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, a late cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booked treatment fee may apply.

Failure to attend an appointment without appropriate notice may result in the loss of any consultation fee or deposit already paid and may affect future bookings.

Where exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Any cancellation charge will be considered according to the circumstances.

If Astounding Skin Aesthetics Ltd needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and offer an alternative appointment. You will not be charged where the clinic cancels your appointment.

7. Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten, rearrange or cancel your appointment where there is insufficient time to provide the consultation or treatment safely and appropriately.

8. Prices and Treatment Plans

Current prices are published on our website or provided during consultation and may change from time to time.

The treatment recommended following clinical assessment may differ from the treatment initially requested. Where this affects the price, this will be discussed with you before proceeding.

No additional treatment will be undertaken without your agreement.

9. Treatment Outcomes, Risks and Consent

Medical and aesthetic treatments are not exact sciences and individual results vary.

Results may be influenced by factors including anatomy, skin characteristics, age, lifestyle, medical history, healing response and the treatment performed.

We cannot guarantee a particular cosmetic result, perfect symmetry, degree of improvement or duration of effect.

All treatments carry potential risks, side effects and limitations. Relevant material risks, expected benefits and reasonable alternatives will be discussed as part of the consultation and consent process where appropriate.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions before treatment.

Consent is an ongoing process and may be withdrawn at any point before treatment is performed.

Where treatment involves a prescription-only medicine, it will only be prescribed and administered where clinically appropriate.

10. Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up arrangements vary according to the treatment performed.

Where a review or follow-up is included in the treatment price, you will be advised of the appropriate timeframe.

Any complimentary review or additional treatment offered as part of a particular service must normally take place within the stated review period unless there is a clinical reason to arrange otherwise.

A follow-up appointment does not automatically mean that further treatment will be required or provided. Any additional treatment remains subject to clinical assessment.

11. Minor Surgery and Histology

Minor surgical procedures require appropriate consultation and clinical assessment.

The proposed procedure, expected scar, relevant risks, aftercare and any requirement for histological examination will be discussed before treatment.

All surgical procedures result in some degree of scarring. The final appearance of a scar varies between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

Where histological examination is clinically appropriate or included within the agreed treatment, this will be explained before the procedure.

If histology identifies a finding requiring further investigation, treatment or referral, we will advise you of the appropriate next steps.

12. Treatment Packages, Offers and Discounts

Treatment packages and promotional offers may have specific conditions, including validity periods, exclusions and clinical suitability requirements.

Purchasing a package or promotional treatment does not override the requirement for ongoing clinical suitability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and discounts cannot be combined.

Full promotional conditions are available on our Offers & Discounts page.

13. Finance

Where third-party finance or Buy Now, Pay Later facilities are available, these are subject to the eligibility requirements and terms of the relevant provider.

Approval of finance is determined by the finance provider and not by Astounding Skin Aesthetics Ltd.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined with third-party finance arrangements.

14. Refunds

Fees for consultations and treatments relate to the professional service, clinical expertise, products and treatment provided and do not constitute a guarantee of a particular result.

Dissatisfaction with the degree or duration of an aesthetic result does not, by itself, automatically entitle a patient to a refund.

If you believe there is a problem with a service we have provided, please contact us so that we can assess your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a review.

Requests for refunds or other remedies will be considered according to the individual circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your statutory rights, including your rights where services have not been provided with reasonable care and skill.

15. Aftercare and Complications

Treatment-specific aftercare instructions may be provided following your procedure.

Please follow these instructions carefully and contact us if you have concerns or experience unexpected symptoms following treatment.

If you experience symptoms requiring urgent medical attention, you should seek appropriate urgent or emergency medical care rather than waiting for a routine clinic response.

16. Clinical Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken where appropriate to document your condition, treatment and progress as part of your confidential clinical record.

Clinical photographs will not be used for advertising, our website, social media or other promotional purposes without appropriate separate consent.

Consent for promotional use of photographs is separate from consent for treatment.

17. Privacy and Personal Information

We take the confidentiality and security of your personal and medical information seriously.

Information is collected, processed and retained in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

For further information about how we collect, use and protect your information, please read our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
