1. One offer per treatment
   Only one discount, promotional code or voucher may be used per treatment or transaction unless otherwise expressly stated.
    

2. Combining offers
   Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with another offer, promotional price or discount unless specifically stated.
    

3. Packages and already-discounted treatments
   Discounts do not apply to treatment packages, bundles, introductory offers or services already offered at a reduced price unless specifically stated.
    

4. Validity and expiry
   Discounts, promotional codes and vouchers must be used within any validity period stated with the offer. Expired offers cannot be redeemed.
    

5. No cash alternative
   Discounts, promotional codes and vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    

6. Finance
   Discounts and promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with Buy Now, Pay Later or third-party finance arrangements unless specifically stated.
    

7. Discount value
   A discount cannot exceed the value of the eligible treatment or transaction. Any unused discount value will not be paid in cash or carried forward unless specifically stated.
    

8. Blue Light Card discount
   Eligible Blue Light Card holders receive 15% off eligible full-price treatments on presentation of a valid Blue Light Card. The discount is personal to the card holder and cannot be transferred to or used for treatments for another person. Treatment exclusions may apply, and the discount cannot be combined with other offers, packages or promotional prices unless specifically stated otherwise.
    

9. Standard-price treatments
   Unless otherwise stated, discounts apply only to eligible treatments at their standard published price.
    

10. Clinical suitability
    All treatments remain subject to consultation and clinical suitability. A discount, voucher or promotional offer does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be provided.
     

11. Availability
    Where an offer is subject to limited availability, this will be stated as part of the promotion.
     

12. Changes or withdrawal of offers
    Astounding Skin Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers or discount schemes. This will not affect qualifying bookings or purchases already made under the applicable promotional terms, except where permitted by law.
     

13. Individual promotional terms
    Individual offers may have additional terms, exclusions, eligibility requirements or expiry dates. Where applicable, these will be stated alongside the relevant promotion.
     

14. General Terms & Conditions
    All appointments and treatments remain subject to our standard Terms & Conditions, including our consultation, booking, cancellation and treatment policies.
