There is a fee of £30 for consultation, which is redeemable against your treatment. If the doctor concludes that it would be unsafe or inappropriate to proceed, your consultation fee will be refunded in full. The consultation fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed or do not show up for your appointment.

Customers are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.​​
