Take caution when taking any prescribed blood thinners. Please confirm with your prescriber if this is safe to take alongside. Monitoring is crucial to avoid excessive blood thinning, or uncontrolled bleeding.
Possible gastrointestinal disturbances is very uncommon, but possible. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain occurs stop taking and re-introduce after a few days at half the dose. If symptoms continue stop and seek medical advice.
How to take:
Not suitable for pregnant women or women who are breatfeeding.
Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules early evening. 
Start slowly: take 1 capsule in the morning with a full glass of water for the first 3 days. If tolerated, increase to 1 capsule morning + 1 capsule evening for the next 3 days. Then, if still well tolerated, increase to the full dose above. 
After about 3 months, you may reduce to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening, or 2 capsules in the morning depending on your needs.
